The rules are simple: hit a special ball and compete to see who can hit it the most strokes to get the ball into the cup. Only one club is used, and it is a healthy and easy sport that is popular with a wide range of generations, regardless of age or gender.
Park golf is a simple sport that anyone can enjoy with just one club, one ball, and a tee. It is a healthy sport that allows you to have fun by hitting the ball with the club and competing with each other to see who can get the ball into the cup the most.

Playing Experience
On a clear, sunny day in June after the rainy season, we were blessed with perfect weather for playing park golf. Don't worry if it's your first time playing. Our staff will guide you through the course in an easy-to-understand and thorough manner. You can also practice before actually playing on the course. Chatan Town Park Golf Course has a 9-hole course, and one round is two laps (18 holes in total).
Information boards for each hall
In front of each hole, there is a guide board with the distance and par (PAR). This guide board also serves as a guide to the order in which to play around. The guide board lists the distance and par (PAR) for Course A (white) and Course B (blue). Par (PAR) is the number of strokes set for each hole, and is the approximate number of strokes it takes to get the ball in the cup. For example, if a hole is displayed as "PAR-4," it means that the ideal number of strokes is to get the ball into the hole.
At the starting hole, sticks are provided to determine the batting order. Players draw one stick at a time, as if drawing lots, and the batting order is determined by the number of lines drawn. After the first shot, the batting order from the second shot onwards is determined by the ball's furthest distance from the hole.
The best sport for staying healthy
Park golf is a sport that anyone can enjoy, with simple rules that make it easy for even beginners to get started on. Every time the ball you hit approaches the hole, you naturally feel an excitement and elation, and when it goes in, you feel a small sense of accomplishment. Since you play while leisurely walking on beautifully maintained, lush green lawns, it feels similar to walking and refreshes the body and mind. It can be enjoyed by people of all ages without any stress, so it is also recommended for daily health maintenance.
Great location
Chatan Town Park Golf Course is located right in front of the beach in Sunabe. With a great ocean view, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the blue sky and crystal clear blue sea on a sunny day, and feel close to nature while playing. The pleasant sea breeze blowing through the course is another attraction unique to this facility.
