Traveling between Naha Airport and Chatan Town (American Village)
Chatan Gateway
Located in Mihama, Chatan Town, this is a convenient access point for sightseeing. It's easy to get to Naha Airport and surrounding tourist spots, and you can choose your transportation method to suit your purpose, including buses, taxis, rental bicycles, and car sharing.

[General roads]
① West Coast Road Route (recommended for driving while enjoying the ocean views)
From Naha Airport, head north on the Okinawa West Coast Road, then take the Ginowan Bypass and National Route 58 for approximately 19km.
② Route 58
From Naha Airport, head north on National Route 58 towards Nago for about 19km.
→Turn left at Mihama intersection or Kuwae intersection and go straight for about 200m to arrive at Mihama American Village.
Travel time: Approximately 40 minutes
When visiting American Village, please use the Mihama Public Parking Lot, located next to the Chatan Town Tourist Information Center.

From Okinawa Minami IC, take Prefectural Route 23 (National Athletic Meet Memorial Road) towards Chatan

When visiting American Village, please use the public parking lots in the surrounding area.

Traveling within Chatan Town
Free sightseeing bus
A bus runs daily around the major hotels in the Mihama area and American Village! Anyone can use it for free.
*Operates every 15 minutes between 10:00 and 17:45.
Chatan Community Bus C-BUS
C-BUS (Sea Bus) is a shared bus that operates based on individual reservations, and is a convenient bus that takes you from one bus stop to another at the time you want.
In addition to registering as a member in advance, you will need to make a reservation to ride the bus.
