Sunset Walk Chatan "Ultra Monster Walk" Filming Location 3

On the sea side of American Village, there is a street called "Sunset Walk Chatan." This street is lined with popular cafes and bars, where you can enjoy a meal on the terrace while watching the sun set over the sea.
One thing worth mentioning is the ocean view that can be seen from the street. Sunset Walk is located on a higher level than the breakwaters such as the tetrapods, so you can get a panoramic view of the entire ocean. It can be used as a place to relax for various occasions, such as taking a break from shopping or going on a date with your partner.

Okinawa has a diverse culture. American Village is especially known for its international flavor. Along the streets of Sunset Walk Chatan, there are a number of establishments offering food and drinks from around the world, including American-style cafes, Spanish-style bars, and Italian-style trattorias. Each has its own unique character, and you'll find it hard to choose, making this a spot you'll never tire of, no matter how many times you visit.

This Sunset Walk was also featured in the TV show "Ultra Kaiju Sanpo." The Kaiju were accompanied by Nozomi Aragaki, the "Churahama Ambassador" who promotes Chatan Town, and walked down the street. During the shoot, the hungry Kaiju headed to this restaurant.

"Pork and Egg Onigiri Main Store". As the name suggests, this is a specialty store for "Pork and Egg Onigiri", one of Okinawa's soul foods. The monsters also relished this delicious menu of fragrantly fried Spam and thinly fried egg sandwiched between rice balls.

Feeling the sea breeze on the terrace, we tried the classic "Po Tama" and "Goya Tempura Pork Egg Rice Ball". The main store opens earlier than other stores in American Village, at 7:00 AM, so many people come for breakfast. The portions are also quite filling, making them perfect for lunch.

Sunset Walk Chatan is a place where you can enjoy gourmet food and a stroll with the endless sea as your backdrop. If you are visiting American Village, we highly recommend taking a walk there.
