What is Chatan Town?
Chatan Town, located about 40 minutes by car from Naha Airport, is a resort town full of Okinawa's charm and with convenient access to the main tourist spots on the main island.
This is an ever-evolving area where you can enjoy marine activities all year round, as well as being home to entertainment facilities such as Mihama American Village.
Chatan Town has a sunset beach where you can see some of the most beautiful sunsets on Okinawa's main island, many stylish cafes, and the townscape is like the west coast of the United States. Even though it's a domestic trip, you can enjoy the atmosphere of traveling abroad, making it the perfect tourist destination for those who want to relax away from everyday life in the city.
About Chatan Town Workcation
Chatan Town's beautiful sea, marine activities that can be experienced all year round, exotic townscapes and lively hospitality of the local people are the perfect environment for business people who are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city to retreat their mind and body. Chatan Town is preparing two plans for visitors on workcations, one for parents and children and one for coworkers, and is working to improve the workcation environment.

In Chatan Town, where many foreigners live, children can experience different cultures through the "town study abroad" program, in which they are left with foreign families, and they also have the opportunity to learn about the SDGs by picking up trash on the beach.

In Chatan Town, where time passes slowly, you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and have the opportunity to strengthen your teamwork through various team-building activities.
