In August 2014, Okinawa's first "Bean to Bar" (style) chocolate specialty store was established.
We roast our own cacao beans, which have different flavors depending on their region of origin, and combine them with sugarcane with different characteristics, such as pure brown sugar from Tarama Island and island pomelo, to create handmade chocolates that can only be expressed here in Okinawa, in our studio in Chatan.
